This
agreement has been made on Day-

Country, (herein after called the first
party) and M/S RAKI INTERNATION
PVT. LTD., (License No. 564/062/063), Kalanki-13,
Kathmandu, Nepal (herein after
called the second party)
Whereas the second party agreed to process
the requirement as per the government's
rules and regulations & deploy suitable
workers form Nepal to the first party's
works site in (Country)
under the following terms & conditions:
- The second party will forward the
personal data for a total of No.(000)
of workers form Nepal as the
detailed position, salary, other facilities
etc, mentioned in the demand letter
of first party dated .....................
within 60 days after the completion
of selection & interview procedures
by the first party. In case of first
party is unable to inter view the candidate,
second party to do the interview and
select the right candidate and send.
If any of the candidate's performance
found unsatisfactory, the second party
shall replace his on their own cost.
- The first party has agreed and promised
to provide all the facilities to the
workers which is duly mentioned in the
demand letter & Employment contract,
if not the first party will be responsible
for all the expenses.
- The second party shall be responsible
for the late deployments, expiry of
visa and cancellation.
The first party and the
second party certify that they have read
the agreement and that they fully understand
its terms and condition together with its
application. In witness were of the parties
